When weather is on full-blast tease mode (in this case - torturous all-day-drizzling), it's hard to predict how much you should be throwing on without being one sloppy, sweaty mess by the end of the night. Out & About - Building your Wardrobe

A little stylish bird once told us that the trick to looking effortless is to make the bulk of the tough decisions in the fitting rooms, to deliberate real seriously before making a purchase. A pair of pants in the most current shade of blue, but does it work for you? A studded top, so on-trend, but do you feel like an imposter in it? That's rule #1 to building a solid wardrobe - you've got to get your foundations right.

Once the foundations are in place, piecing together outfits is a breeze. You are now pairing pieces you know for sure will work in every bit in your favour, and dressing up in the mornings don't seem to be the nightmare that you recall it to be. A little Facelift : store updates

Have you been to our store recently? If you have, and are quite the regular over here, we hope you'd have noticed we've undergone a bit of a facelift! We've moved some of our furniture around - threw some old ones out, put some new ones in place - and hopefully given you an even more enjoyable space to shop in.

And you'll be glad to know that there are new goods in store to look out for: Restocks from SUPERGA's classic 2750 series and gorgeous pictures of their latest Spring campaign with Alexa Chung (she styled the shoot herself, with clothes from her own wardrobe!).

The latest collection from our favourite outdoor series - the TIMBERLAND Earthkeepers range, which totally sold out the last time we introduced it in store. For the ladies, we have the dainty (yet sturdy) Slip-on Ballerina shoes, made out of premium full-grain leather and suede. And for guys, pick from the Canvas Oxfords & Chukkas range (composed from 100% organic cotton, and 100% recycled PET mesh lining and footbed cover) in new colour splashes.

Superga Women's: Your ankles will never look sexier

Ladies, the one best thing about the Superga 2750 has got to be their open lower-cut ankle. The look is slender (the ankles literally look slimmer!) and very elegant. There are some things about heritage brands we really like: (1) The design wisdom accumulated over years of wearing and making the same thing over and over; (2) The perseverance in having it look the same way over a really long period of time.
