Our newest baby... Rockstar at Orchard 22

2012 has been a crazy year for us.

We walked barefoot for a day in store on April 10 for One Day Without Shoes, inspired you to go Live your Story and who could forget the much-talked-about and completely sold-out Warehouse Sale?

Whilst our store at Cineleisure steadily tides you through your festive shopping with our annual Festive Market, we're bringing the big guns out and ending the year with a different kind of bang... At the other end of Orchard Road.

Last Friday, we officially threw (flung!) open the doors of our newest, and our biggest Flagship Rockstar store at Orchard 22.



Housed on the ground floor of a newly revamped building that is currently under conservation, Rockstar at Orchard 22 is located at the end of Orchard Road - right next to the Macdonald House, and a stone's throw away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT.

We want to run you through the store, starting by introducing you to a collaborative project that we've been working on together with, hands-down (!), our favourite Singaporean designer -

‘We’re paying tribute to the gentlemen around us while we pinch style ideas from their wardrobes'

Inspired by the great pillars of strengths in our lives, our debut collection 'The Boy in Me’ features a collection of easy-to-go separates - everything from light tees, fitted shorts, flowy trousers, printed skirts, loose cotton shirts and shift dresses. Al & Alicia’s signature “effortless chic” is present in everything from the spot-on tailoring to the wearable design.




The sassy ladies from Al & Alicia could not have summed up it up more aptly. This on-going collection is only available at Orchard 22.

Our good friends over at Books Actually have handpicked these memorable quotes from big-time, real-life Rockstars and got them printed on their signature paper cahiers, just for us.


At our flagship, we are also extending our love for casual styling to the newest addition to the family - your little ones.

A streamlined range of everyday soaps and cleaners for the family - COMMON GOOD, from Brooklyn NY, produces safe, kind and inexpensive products for people and the environment.

A little backstory - The minds behind this green label went through a steep learning curve. Prop stylists in their former lives (and equipped with zero experience in soap-making), they gathered help from chemists, did tons of self-research, and through their unwavering belief and vision of what they wanted, brought their vision to life.

All products are concentrate, so you use less to get the job done. They are also 100% readily biodegradable and plant based where possible. You will never find any traces of phthalates or 1.4 dioxane in them. For scented products, only 100% pure essential oils are used.

Our favourite is the All Purpose Spray in Tea Tree. With just a point and spray, it keeps our kitchen appliances (especially the area under the sink) back in tip-top shape.
